TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through valosweden.com, which is a store owned and operated by Valo SWE, organisation ID 502089-8523 , Swedish VAT number SE502089852301, Address Box 1042, 85111 Sundsvall, Sweden and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. Terms and conditions will fall under EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7 and in case of dispute this law is applied.

PRICE & PAYMENT

Every product is shown including Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout if applicable. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including VAT, shipping and method of payment. For destinations outside of the EU duty cost might occur at customers own expense. Payment is processed during the checkout.

DELIVERY

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart next to the various ways of delivery. If a service/product has another delivery time than expressed in the shopping cart, this delivery time will be stated in connection to the individual services/products. Shipping is only done to countries visible at checkout, which include all EU countries and a selected number of other countries. Shipping costs are always included in your checkout total. If your country is not featured in the shipping list in, we currently do not ship to that destination. Please contact us directly if you’d like us to ship to your destination.

DHL Express delivery (2-8 days) – Our international express carrier, DHL, provides a fully traceable delivery service. Transit time is usually 2-8 working days after the order leaves our warehouse. Some remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost is dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.

RETURNING PRODUCTS / SERVICES

Returning a service/product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products/services are to be sent as postal packages. When you have applied the return policy you shall: -in the case of a product: return the product by mail to us.

RETURN POLICY

Valosweden.com return period is 7 working days as per EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7. You shall contact us via our email contact@valosweden.com or customer service number +358 45 802 9530.

Valosweden.com shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. We will credit your payment to same credit card you used for the original purchase without exceptions.You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. Valosweden.com will pay to send replacement products or offer full refund if you choose so. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased products.

When returning a product/service you are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage, opening of cans or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

CUSTOMS

You are responsible for any country specific customs regulations regarding import of tobacco free nicotine pouches and any consequences, including possible fines or criminal prosecution, for violating national nicotine product import laws and regulations. FORCE MAJEURE

Valosweden.com is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
